Patient presented with a severe gingival recession (around 10 mm) on the lower right central incisor due to plaque accumulation and frenulum insertion close to the gingiva margin. She suffers form both cold and hot hypersensitivity

Dr Deliperi was able to completely cover the exposed root surface. A plastic surgery including a connective tissue graft was required to achieve this goal.
